All of our offerings are exclusively private experiences, thoughtfully prepared and customized for each guest or party. We host only one client/group at a time, which means our resources are fully dedicated to your session.
– All bookings require full prepayment at the time of reservation.
– We accept major credit/debit cards and Zelle.
– Prices may vary depending on the service and are subject to change without notice.
Due to the private and immersive nature of our sessions, and the limited number of guests we can accommodate per day:
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We ask that you honor your scheduled time as the space, practitioners, and preparations are reserved specifically for you.
– Gift certificates are non-refundable and may be applied to any eligible service within one year of purchase.
Please notify us prior to booking if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries so we can advise on suitable services. Some treatments may be contraindicated depending on your condition.
We reserve the right to modify or decline service if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.
